Gaurav Gupta's Fall/Winter 2023–2024 haute couture collection, Hiranyagarbha, unveiled at Paris Haute Couture Week in July 2023, drew inspiration from the Vedic concept of the "golden womb"—the cosmic source of all creation. The collection traced a transformative journey from primordial nothingness to radiant existence, symbolized through a palette of iridescent whites, luminous fluorescents, and deep malachite greens. Gupta's signature sculptural silhouettes were adorned with cascading taffetas, chiffon, glass bugle beads, and traditional Indian embroidery techniques like zardozi, nakshi, and dabka, embodying themes of growth and resilience.
